SELF CARE WHILE QUARANTINE
Hi guys. Welcome to another blog post.
Todays post is definitely a chilled one.
With all that is going on in the world regards COVID-19, it’s fair to say, a well deserved at home SELF CARE is needed.
But before we go on, I’d like to say, must thanks to our countries leaders, public servants and all individuals working diligently and putting their lives at stake for the betterment of mankind.
Lets each do our part, be your neighbor’s keeper and STAY HOME.
Quarantine
Self isolate
Social distancing
Yes ma’am….
Words taken straight from an introverts dictionary. May I say.
No problems there!
🌿 Be it working from home or no work, practicing SELF CARE is a vital part in your well being 🌿
Today, I’m sharing ways you can maximize this “ down time ”, stay productive and most importantly, SELF-CARE.
SELF CARE WHILE SOCIAL DISTANCING
MEDITATE AND PRAY
Anxiety is high.
Uncertainty on the rise.
What tomorrow brings is yet to be told. The state of the economy is ground to send anyone crazy.
Lord knows, we can do with a prayer or two, even three.
Reduce your anxiety and stress level by practicing the art of complete stillness.
My day doesn’t start until I meditate and pray. In being able to have a meaningful and productive day, both meditation and prayer, is needed.
I definitely recommend you follow suit.
SOUL SEARCHING
Believe it or not, too many people are walking around CLUELESS of what is going on around them, more so with themselves.
This is a great time to spend time alone. USE IT.
Understand who you are. Make that connection with your divine being.
Unplug a bit. No tv, phones, nothing.
Just you, your thoughts and your divine being.
JOURNAL
Now is time, release those feelings and emotions. Clear your thoughts.
State how you’re feeling.
Find you a book/paper and WRITE IT OUT.
PS. 🌱 I suggest investing in a journal or designated book to clear your thoughts and expression yourself 🌱
Here is where I stay clear of technology.
PRACTICE GRATITUDE
Your presence today was unknown, hence being grateful is a must.
Guess Koffee said it great…
“ 🎧 Gratitude is ah must ”
With tensions high, from today forth, practice writing out the things you are grateful for daily.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
After all, it’s called SELF-CARE, so it wouldn’t be completed without having a mini spa day. Detoxing and Recharching yourself from head toes makes all the difference in how you feel and react.
I always ensure to include one of my DIY all natural body scrubs or masks like my CHARCOAL and CLAY mentioned here . Do stay tuned for more DIY recipes.
CLEAN and CLEANSE YOUR SURROUNDING
In lightening the air around and reinstating BALANCE and PEACE, I highly suggest you read my previous post titled HOW TO MANIFEST PEACE.

HAVE FAITH
Have faith.
Stay home.
Stay clean.
Stay safe.
GIVE LOVE.
